POWER VINYASA
FIRE classes are structured on the pillars of power yoga. Each class offers a creative sequence linking movement and breath while developing strength, endurance, and focus. FIRE has the ability to take you deep into a physical experience to surpass mental distractions.
FIRE classes are taught in a heated (80℉) room.

SLOW FLOW VINYASA
WATER classes are structured on the pillars of vinyasa yoga. Each class offers a creative sequence that links movement and breath at a less intense pace than FIRE classes. Each class offers new ways to explore awareness, mobility, and stability for all levels of practitioners. WATER classes create a cohesive sense of balance in the body and mind.
WATER classes are taught in an unheated (68℉) room.

LIIT YOGA
METAL classes are based upon the concept of low intensity interval training through a yogic lens. Each class focuses on the development of muscular strength while cultivating awareness of what is possible in your body. METAL offers new approaches to strengthen the body and to strengthen the mind.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
A yoga practice designed to soothe the nervous system by minimizing stress on the joints and muscles. Gentle movement and relaxing, supported poses are the ideal combination to allow space for whole-body restoration.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga students.

YIN YOGA
A yoga practice based on the principles of Yin yoga . This practice teaches the art of slowing down and the practice of introspection by exploring the combination of minimal movement and stillness in various yoga postures.
The studio is unheated and this class is suitable for all levels of yoga students.
Earth
Pilates
CORE STRENGTH
PILATES promotes healthy flexibility and whole body strength, with the origin of every exercise being the engagement of the abdominals. It introduces basics of breathing as it relates to core development, spinal mobility and stability, as well as bring to attention shoulders and neck alignment.
The studio is moderately heated and this class is suitable for beginners to advanced students.
Let your Soul Flow
Anchored in the 5 pillars of Vinyasa Yoga (Drishti, Uddiyana, Tapas, Breath, and Flow), Carrie’s signature SOULFLOW classes dive into the complexity of navigating mindfully the challenges of our modern lifestyle.
Please note that this 90 minute class is only offered Sundays at 9:30am and it is strongly suggested that you reserve a mat space ahead of time as this class tends to be booked to capacity.
he studio is unheated and this class is suitable for all students, from beginners to life-long practitioners. The effort level required is more effort than a Water class but less effort than a Fire class.
SoulFlow
ALL LEVELS
Ether allows each student to go beyond the physical practice of western yoga. Each class explores movement, meditation, breath work, mudras, yoga poses and may also include mantras, chanting, and sound vibrations.
The studio is moderately heated for this class and it is suitable for all abilities and levels of yoga students who wish to expand their typical yoga practice.

A welcoming and inclusive class designed to bring our yoga community together. This unheated, slow-flow vinyasa class, known as our signature WATER class, offers a space for all skill levels to connect and grow.
Classes may be led by a variety of teachers, including Yoga Teacher Interns mentored by Carrie Johnson, adding a unique touch to each session.
This class is pay what you can. If you need it to be free, it’s free—no questions asked. If you’re able to contribute, you can use any class packs or memberships, or offer a cash donation at the front desk. The suggested donation is $20, which helps us keep this class on the schedule and accessible to all.

Our 60-minute private yoga yoga lessons allow you the space to ask questions and receive immediate feedback in a professional setting.
Custom sequences will be created by the instructor to work with an injury or health condition, to focus on an energetic system, or to enhance overall wellness.
