Our Deep Dive series is designed for people who wish to take their yoga practice to a deeper level with a dedicated guide. Whether your goal is to perfect specific poses, modify your practice for a health issue, or work on a deeper energetic level, this is the program for you!
During our Deep Dive private yoga training, you will develop a personalized yoga plan from a lead instructor with clear and attainable goals, deepen your practice during 10 private yoga lessons, and track your progress along with helpful notes and reflections in the provided booklet.
