Deep Dive - Personal Training
Our Deep Dive series is designed for people who wish to take their yoga or Feldenkrais practice to a deeper level with a dedicated guide. Whether your goal is to perfect specific poses, modify your practice for a health issue, or work on a deeper energetic level, this is the program for you!
During our Deep Dive personal yoga training, you will develop a personalized yoga plan from a lead instructor with clear and attainable goals, deepen your practice during 10 private yoga lessons, and track your progress along with helpful notes and reflections in the provided booklet.
What's included:
60 minute consult with a lead instructor to establish your plan and desired outcomes
10 x 60 minute private yoga lessons with senior instructors
Customized booklet to record your notes and to track your progress
10 studio classes to use what you learn in a group setting
Aya is the perfect tranquil space for your next event, photo shoot, or just an empty space to use for your personal practice.
